Josh Beshay is a construction management and building inspection professional based in Wattle Grove, New South Wales, with experience across building inspections, defect analysis, estimating, contract administration, site coordination, insurance assessment, and construction safety.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours and a Diploma in Construction Management from Western Sydney University. His academic training has provided him with a strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, building documentation, quality management, cost control, and compliance requirements. He has further strengthened this knowledge through specialised training in pre-purchase residential building and timber pest inspections.

In his insurance estimating and assessment work, Joshua prepares detailed trade-based cost estimates and scopes of work for property damage claims.
